1. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited within the factory premises, including the parking area, stairwells, corridors, and restrooms. If you need to smoke, kindly proceed to designated smoking areas or outside the factory.

2. Photography is strictly prohibited during the tour of the production line.

3. Please be informed that the Chamber will provide the following information of registrants to the hosting company: name, company name, department, position

4. Due to limited parking spaces, we recommend taking public transportation or a taxi to the factory. If you do require a parking space, please inform our staff in advance to confirm availability.

1. 请注意，工厂厂区内严禁吸烟，包括停车场、楼梯间、过道和洗手间。如果需要吸烟，请前往指定吸烟区域或者工厂外。

2. 生产线参观期间严禁拍照。

3. 请知悉，商会会将报名者的如下信息提供受访工厂备案：姓名、来自哪家企业、任职部门、任职岗位。

4. 由于停车位有限，我们建议您选择乘坐公交车或出租车前往。如果您确实需要停车位，请提前告知工作人员，以便核实是否还有空余位置。

About seat reservation 关于席位保留:

- Member companies will be prioritized. 席位将优先预留给来自会员公司的人员。

- Official registration confirmation emails will be sent within 2-3 working days upon receipt of your application, as seating arrangements require time. 在收到了您的报名信息之后，商会还需要些时间来安排席位，并在2-3个工作日之后以邮件通知您席位保留的进展。

- Please register before 14th May 2024 COB. 最终报名截止时间：2024年05月14日。
