Dear HCE Working Group member,
We have been just informed by NDRC that Dir. Guo would like to move the meeting with the HCE Delegation to Thursday 22nd, from 10 AM to noon, in the NDRC office (Address: Yutannanjie No. 38, Xicheng District, 西城区月坛南街38号; Map in Chinese attached here)
The preparatory meeting thereby has been changed to a tele-conference completely, and rescheduled to 21st Oct, Wednesday, from 15:00 to 16:00 PM at European Chamber Beijing Office. The purpose of the pre-meeting is to reach a common agreement on issues and questions to be addressed to the NDRC's Drug Pricing Division.

(We would like to invite you to an exclusive meeting between the HCE Working Group members and NDRC’s Drug Pricing Division Chief, Mr. Guo Jianying at 10:00 AM, 23rd October 2009 at the European Chamber’s Beijing Office. This is a great opportunity for members to have a face-to-face discussion with Dir. Guo on NDRC's "Sales Channel Mark-up Control for Implantable (Interventional) Products, Interim Measure" (notes attached). )
