In recent years, coaching as an approach to helping others release their potential is on the rise and has been widely spread around the world. For talent development, which always is the focus of the organization, coaching can also play an indispensable role in many situations of it, such as star talents can't see their blind spots in performance evaluation, have no support in breakthrough when they are frustrated in challenging projects and have a lot of knowledge and ideas but can't act with alignment, etc.
So how can we develop talents through the coaching approach?
最近几年，教练作为一种能够帮助他人释放潜能的方式方兴未艾，在全世界广为传播。对于人才培养，这个组织永恒不变的焦点话题，教练在很多方面也能起到不可或缺的作用，比如明星人才在绩效评估中不能看到自己的盲点、在挑战性项目中受挫时需要突破时没有支持、拥有很多的知识和想法却不能落地做到知行合一等。
那我们如何通过教练方法进行人才培养呢？
本系列课程正是基于以上背景由欧盟商会南京分会和雷蒙咨询共同打造。本系列课程将支持学员通过三个模块的学习循序渐进地掌握通过教练培养人才的方法。This series of courses is developed based on the above background with the joint efforts of European Chamber Nanjing Chapter and Raymond Consulting. It will support participants to master coaching approach to develop talent step by step with three modules. 这三个模块包括：The three modules include:

II. 教练深化 – 促进成长 Coaching Deepening – Facilitating Growth （4月7日开课）

教练演示和学员练习

During his around thirty years’ career, Raymond has worked as HR Director, BU China Head and various positions in big European and local companies. He experienced the different phases of company from setting up, growing, merging and closing. He has deep understanding and good practice in HR and general management. Currently He provides integrated training, coaching and consulting solution in organization and talent development areas to support organization and people in releasing potential, making development and transformation.
