On 11th November 2022, the 20 Measures on Covid Prevention and Control was published. Following up on 7th December 2022, the Further Optimized Covid Control 10 Measures was in place to be carried out. This marks the beginning of the new era for coping with Covid where scanning codes and NAT test results are no longer mandatory anywhere and individuals be responsible for their own wellbeing. 2022年11月11日，《新冠肺炎疫情防控20条措施》发布。2022年12月7日，《关于进一步优化落实新冠肺炎疫情防控措施的通知》即新十条措施也发布执行。这标志着应对新冠肺炎进入新时期，不再对健康码和核酸检测结果做强制性要求，每个人成为自身防疫的第一责任人。
While this sudden change brings optimistic to the massive public as people see hope towards a more vigorous business environment with lifted restrictions in the future, it also introduces confusion and operational challenges to companies especially factories in short term during this transition period. 疫情防控政策的变化，使人们看到经济重焕活力的希望，但在这一过渡时期，也给企业特别是工厂在短期内带去了困惑和经营挑战。
