The Human Resources Working groups organized earlier this year have allowed participants to know more about Recruitment (in January) and Compensation & Benefits (in February).
This time, for the topic of Assessment, a speaker specialized in assessment, Mrs Inge BENEY, will make the presentation. She is from the consulting company COMPETENCE, a human resources consultancy, headquartered in Brussels.
They have been active since 2000 in Shanghai providing services in recruitment, selection, career guidance, and competency based management. They are specialized in searching engineers, IT specialists, economists for middle-senior management positions all over China and local expatriates for senior positions in European companies in China.
Their selection services include personality investigation, assessment & development centers, and training ability investigation.
The presentation includes the answers to the questions prepared in advance by the HR managers of the European Chamber member companies.
