Review of key concerns for Position paper 2008/2009
We are pleased to invite you to the next Legal & Taxation Working Group meeting. In this meeting the group will review the first draft of the Finance & Taxation and Legal Position paper 2008/2009 for approval. The meeting will be on Monday, 28th of April at 9:00 am in Guangzhou.
The exact venue will be confirmed soon.
In the Legal & Taxation WG the participants are experts on the field of laws and regulations. The working group will meet regularly and discuss new laws and issues the European Companies face in China.
First Draft Position Paper 2008/2009:
Following the last WG meeting on the 4th March, and Internal meetings with the other chapters, the 1st draft of the PP 2009/2009 should be released before the end of April. Approval from all member of the WG is required before to start the final draft for early may.
In order to be more effective during the meeting, a copy of the 1st draft will be send out to all member of the L&T WG member.
