Background 背景介绍
Chongqing is located at the junction of "the Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River economic area. CR Express (Chongqing), which starts at Chongqing and end at Duisburg, is the link between Chongqing and Germany. In 2017, HNA became Deutsch bank’s largest shareholder, and China Corey Group acquires Biotest Company of Germany. In February 2018, Geely takes a $9 billion stake in Daimler to become a parent firm of Mercedes-Benz. According to Ernst & Young, Chinese mergers and acquisitions in Germany rose 9 percent in 2017 to an all-time high of $13.7 billion. Under the background of continuous strengthening in the supervision of overseas investment, the total amount of M & A and the number of projects in Europe declined in 2017. However, the total amount of Chinese M & A in Germany is still rising against the trend. It showed that Chinese investors’ enthusiasm for investing in German has not diminished in the slightest.
重庆地处“一带一路”建设和长江经济带的联接点；中欧班列（重庆）的起点在重庆，终点在德国杜伊斯堡，是重庆与德国的联系纽带。2017年，海航集团成为德意志银行最大股东，中国科瑞集团收购德国Biotest公司。2018年2月，吉利汽车以90亿美元入股奔驰母公司戴姆勒。据安永统计，2017年中国企业在德国并购金额上升9%，达到137亿美元的历史新高。在国家不断加强境外投资监管的大背景下，2017年中国在欧洲范围内的并购总金额和项目数均出现下滑，但中国在德国并购总金额仍逆势上扬，显示出中国投资者对德国企业的并购热情丝毫未减。
