IKEA Tianjin Distribution Center (subordinate company of DSAP) is located in Tianjin Airport Economic Area and officially starts operation in February 2016. Equipped with automatic high bay system, IKEA Tianjin Distribution Center has a total capacity of 77,594m³, covering an area of around 160,000m². As a strategic part of IKEA China distribution network, IKEA Tianjin DC plays a vital role in contributing to IKEA growth and expansion and fulfilling customers’ need today and tomorrow. 宜家天津分拨中心隶属于宜家亚太区物流服务旗下，位于天津空港经济区，于2016年2月正式开始运营，存储量达到77,594立方米， 并配备全自动高货架系统，总占地面积为16万平方米（240亩）。作为宜家中国物流网络战略性的组成部分，宜家天津分拨中心将对宜家在华北地区的业务发展起到至关重要的作用，并致力于在未来满足顾客日益增长的购买需求，支持宜家新店扩张，并为宜家创造更多商业机遇。

Tianjin Huayu Aviation Ground Service Co., Ltd. (Tianjin AirCargo Terminal), founded in 2006, is a member of HNA Group and the most qualified aviation ground service providers in Tianjin. It covers an area of 90,000 square meters, including 22,000 square meters of warehousing space. As a leading cross-border e-commerce enterprise, Hua Yu has been placed among the governmentally supported key projects and successfully attracted the attention of large-sized platforms, such as Amazon, to station, while raising the output of local express deliveries. 天津华宇航空地面服务有限公司（天津华宇货站）成立于2006年，隶属于航海集团，是天津地区杰出的航空地面服务供应商和跨境电商龙头企业。整体占地9万平方米，仓储面积达2.2万平方米。华宇作为天津市电子商务重点扶持项目，吸引了例如亚马逊一类的大型电商平台入驻。

Tianjin Air Port Integrated Clearance Base located in Tianjin Airport International Logistics Park covers an area of 1,001,600 square meters (floor area 504,000 sqm). As Tianjin’s key project, the base will ease the pressure on Beijing’s freight function and be an important carrier of construction of China’s international air logistics center. Once built, it will centralize the customs supervision, inspection and quarantine departments for port management and provide efficient and integrated customs clearance services for shipping, logistics and trading company. In the meantime, it will facilitate the information sharing and collaboration among government, enterprise and the port. 天津航空口岸大通关基地位于天津航空物流区，总用地面积100.16万平方米，总建筑面积约50.4万平方米。作为天津市重点项目，是承接北京货运功能疏解、建设中国国际航空物流中心的重要载体，项目建成后，可以实现海关、检验检疫等口岸管理部门的集中监管，为航运、物流、贸易等企业提供高效、便捷的一体化口岸通关作业服务；同时实现政府、企业、口岸的信息共享、协同工作。
