More and more companies are discovering that proactive environmental activities make significant contribution to profitability and competitiveness. In addition to reducing cost and avoiding regulatory risk, benefits are flowing from environmental initiatives that spur innovation, improve productivity, enhance brand image and even open new market opportunities.
Tetra Pak is the world leading food processing and packaging solutions provider. The company is not only known for its leadership in innovation, but also well recognized for its commitment to driving environmental excellence. The founder of Tetra Pak, Dr. Ruben Rausing said, “a package should save more than it costs”. In over 60 years, that saying has inspired generations of Tetra Pak people to always put protecting environment as part of the company’s business processes, from responsible purchasing of raw materials to recycling of used packages. Tetra Pak believes that environment protection not only supports the mandate for it to operate, but also creates value for the customer’s business and ensure sustainability to its own.
Join us in this event to hear from a network of experts and practitioners with different perspectives on circularity and sustainable supply chains: is transparency in reporting a key catalyst of positive change? Is it possible to be a world leading food processing and packaging solutions provider and be sustainable or even 100% circular? How can companies engage customers and stakeholders to transform an industry?
