Introduction课程介绍
Enterprise management is a system in which different positions/processes form a certain stream. These streams are combined to form a value chain that realizes business target of the enterprise. If one part of the system gets improved only to realize its own value, then no matter how hard and good it is, it contributes very little to the whole system’s value. We can improve a project to perfection but still bring no production value to the enterprise. This is not staffs 'problem but the performance system’s. Our system does not implement enterprise’s target in each process and position, and therefore staffs have no idea of how to improve enterprise performance in his own position and improve enterprise’s competitiveness.
企业管理是一个系统,各个岗位(过程)组成一个流程,这些流程有机结合在一起,构成了实现企业经营绩效(目标)的价值链。如果管理系统中的某一个环节,仅仅是为了自身的价值而努力改善,不管其多么努力和优秀,对于整个系统的价值不会有显著提升。我们可以把一个项目做到极致,但可能对企业整体来讲没有产生价值。这并不是员工的问题,而是我们的绩效系统出了问题。因为我们的系统没有把企业的目标贯穿到所有的环节或岗位,员工不知道如何在自己的岗位上通过什么样的改善能够提高公司的业绩,改善公司的竞争力。
