Speakers
Ms. Joy Zou
Joy Zou joined 21Vianet since 2013 and has successfully engaged in the cooperation with IBM, Microsoft and Unisys to bring their cloud offerings into China market. Currently, Joy is the director of product development in 21Vianet, who is in charge of bringing more cloud offering into China market and the business development to global customers. Based on the experience with global partners, Joy has rich knowledge in business solution design, including business model and contract model, to satisfy the requirement from partners, as well as the Chinese government.
Mr. Daniel Zhang
Daniel Zhang has 14 years of experience in IT industry and expertise in ITO, BPO, DevOps, ITIL, System Operations, Data Center Virtualization/Migration and Cloud Computing. He is director of Bluemix Program, accountable for IBM Bluemix Cloud Operations in 21vianet, which covers Technical Support, IaaS Operations, PaaS Operations and Development.
Prior to 21VNET, Daniel Zhang had served 5 years as the Director of International Operations with CBS Interactive, one of the Top 10 Internet Company, managing cross-region technical operation teams in Asia as a part of global technical operations.
Mr. Francis Ngai Yi Cheong
Francis Ngai is the Director of Commercial Business for the IBM Greater China Group. He is currently in charge of all the IBM business for general commerce enterprises in China, HK and Taiwan for like Retail, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Logistics and Transportation, Finance, Health and Pharmaceutical industries, etc. other than the Named Enterprises Group.
Other than Territory Clients Managers, he has services sales team, XaaS team, Territory Digital Sales team, and Industry business development team reporting to him.
Francis joined IBM in 1987 and with IBM more than 25 years. He has been in different positions in IBM GCG, like Executive for Strategic Clients & Competitive Business in GCG in 2014, Business Unit Executive for HK Cross Industry and Macau from 2013 - 2014, Business Unit Executive for General Business in HK, Product Manager for Enterprise Systems Group, HK GM Assistant and a Government Sector Sales before he named as manager in 1995.
Mr. Alexander Shi
Alexander Shi is a Partner of Risk Advisory in Deloitte China with PhD degree. Since joining Deloitte in 2006, Mr. Shi is an expert of information security, data protection & privacy, IT governance, IT risk management, IT services management, IT outsource management, business continuity management and information system audit.
Dr. Shi has extensive experience on financial industry and high-tech industries. He served a lot of finance service institutions, including banks, security companies and insurance companies, as well as cloud and FINTECH companies
Prior to joining Deloitte, Dr. Shi was an associate professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University focusing on information security. He also worked for an leading Internet company as a senior security expert for cloud security and compliance.
Dr. Shi is a member of ISACA and PMI, and has the certifications of CISSP, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, CIA, CCSA, PMP.
