How do I change my password?
- Log in to the European Chamber website: www.europeanchamber.com.cn with your login and password.
- Go to "My Account" / "My Profile"
- Enter your new password and confirm in the corresponding field
Where can I see the events I registered for?
- Log in to the European Chamber website: www.europeanchamber.com.cn with your login and password.
- Go to "My Account" / "Event Registrations"
How can I cancel an event registration?
- Log in to the European Chamber website: www.europeanchamber.com.cn with your login and password.
- Go to "My Account" / "Event Registrations"
- Click the "Cancel" button next to the event and confirm your cancellation
- You will receive an e-mail shortly after to confirm your cancellation

How can I post jobs?
- Log in to the European Chamber website: www.europeanchamber.com.cn with your login and password.
- Go to "My Account" / "Job Postings"
- Click on Post a Job
- Fill in the form with the job details
- Click on "Publish job posting"
How can I renew my membership?
Once your membership is due for renewal, the primary user of your company will be able to renew the membership online by the following steps:
- Log in to the European Chamber website: www.europeanchamber.com.cn with your login and password.
- Click the button "Renew your membership now"
- Follow the instructions to apply the renewal of your membership
How to update my company profile?
- Log in to the European Chamber website: www.europeanchamber.com.cn with your login and password.
- Go to "My Account" / "Membership Administration" / "Company Accounts"
- Click the "Edit" icon" next to the account you would like to update
- Update the fields
- Click on Save & Close and your updated company profile will be visible immediately.
- This function is only available for primary users
How can I upgrade my company profile?
- Log in to the European Chamber website: www.europeanchamber.com.cn with your login and password.
- Go to "My Account" / "Upgrades"
- Choose an upgrade from the list and click "View a Example" to see how the Upgrade looks like
- Click "Purchase" to buy an upgrade
- This function is only available for primary users
How do I create a user account?
- Log in to the European Chamber website: www.europeanchamber.com.cn with your login and password.
- Go to "My Account" / "Membership Administration" / "User Accounts"
- Click “Add User Account”
- Fill in the form with the user information
- Click on “Confirm and submit”
- The new user will receive an e-mail with his/her account information, including a password
- This function is only available for primary users
