With the increasingly prominent energy and environmental issues, government officials and automobile manufacturers have generally realized that energy conservation and emission reduction is becoming an important direction of future technology development. Encouragement policies have been released to support new energy vehicles. As one of the leading companies of new energy vehicles in the world, Tesla's core technology, supply chain and supplier layout in China have also become a common interest to the public.

Thus, European Chamber Shenyang Chapter organized colleagues from  member companies to visit Tesla Hunnan Service Centre. Mr. Liang SONG, the Regional External Affairs Manager from the new member company of European Chamber, shared hot themes such as "Interpretation on Tesla's Core Technologies", "Tesla's Supply Chain and Localization Rate in China", and "Distribution of Domestic Suppliers of Core Components of the EIC System" and let the participants stand in Tesla’s point of view to understand the basic logic of its electric vehicle technology and industrial chain layout as well as the development trend of the new energy vehicle industry.

The Tesla Centre also offered participants an opportunity to have an intuitive experience on their products’ "electrification, intelligence and networking" by inviting them for test drives on their domestically made Model Y and Model 3.
