Job description
1. Responsible for the reception of the call, transfer the call, record the call content, and record and convey the work;
2. Responsible for the reception, basic consultation and introduction of visiting customers, strictly implement the reception service standards of the company, and maintain good manners;
3. Responsible for the receipt and delivery of the company's mail, fax, parcel and express;
4. Procurement and management of office supplies, cost management and cost control;
5. Responsible for good communication and coordination with various departments of the company, the government and related enterprises;
6. Responsible for maintaining the company's office order, coordinating and managing daily administrative affairs, and continuously improving the company's office environment;
7. Responsible for the company's safety management (related physical safety, fire protection, electricity and personal injury, etc.) and security work;
8. Timely complete other work arranged by superior leaders.
1、负责前台的来访电话,转接电话,记录电话内容,并做好记录与传达工作;
2、负责来访客户的接待、基本咨询和引见,严格执行公司的接待服务规范,保持良好的礼节礼貌;
3、负责公司邮件、传真、包裹、快递的收发与转交;
4、开展办公用品采购与管理,开展相关费用管理及控制成本工作;
5、负责与公司各部门,政府及相关企业的良好关系沟通、协调工作;
6、负责公司办公秩序维护及日常行政事务协调管理,负责公司办公环境持续改善;
7、负责公司安全管理工作(相关物理安全、消防、用电及人身伤害等)及保障工作;
8、及时完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
Skills & experience
