Job description
1. HR
- Assist with various aspects of recruitment (posting jobs on our website, zhaopin, LinkedIn, Yingjiesheng, manage bj_jobs account, etc.);
- Assist in work permit/visa application/renewal for expats;
- Assist with holiday management;
- Assist in preparing social insurance related documents for expats;
- Update the staff contact list and the organisational chart;
- Support the new employee orientation process, including on-boarding and paperwork;
- Assist in arranging and preparing training sessions and other internal activities.
2. Operations
- Liaise with various service companies to ensure smooth daily work and proper functioning of office facilities;
- Assist with office suppliers management and ensure sufficient office supply;
- Provide IT support to Chamber staff;
- Assist with product research and documents preparation;
- Cover the work of the receptionist when required.
Skills & experience
- University students majoring in human resources management, public administration, English or business management;
- Computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel and IE, knowledge of local area network desirable;
- Native mandarin speaker with excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Good team player;
- Proactivity and willingness to learn;
- Attention to details.
