The Conference fee for in house HR practitioners from member companies is RMB 600.
Every year our member companies consistently place HR issues higher on their agenda. China’s new conditions of lower growth and increased competition from domestic players has made it even more critical for companies to fully utilise and invest in their human capital. At this year’s conference we will be joined by leaders in both operational and HR functions to understand why HR plays such a critical role in the success of their business. Is this a consequence of the new business environment, or is China catching up with the rest of the world in implementing their corporate values and creating the framework for their talent to develop and thrive?
On the 4th November the European Chamber invites you to join over 150 attendees at our Annual Human Capital Conference at the Rosewood Hotel.
This year’s conference will be led by an impressive group of over a dozen panelists at HR VP level and above from leading European and Chinese multinational companies.
At the conference we will cover and debate relevant topics including leadership, talent management, mobility, innovation, corporate values and diversity.
