“三八”国际妇女节,发端于20世纪初的欧美女权运动,至今已有百余年历史。百年来,不论是在工作还是日常生活中,女性合法权益越来越凸显。今年,国际妇女节以“拥抱平等”为主题,呼吁所有人关注性别平等并致力于达成一个更包容的世界。
欧洲企业一直是推动商业可持续发展的重要力量,它们在中国开展商业实践的同时也注重企业文化的交流促进。在促进职场多元化和包容性(D&I)上,它们格外注重增加女性在职场中的话语权,这也是它们在中国特别推进的一点。
为建立相关社群、帮助职场女性发声,中国欧盟商会拟于3月7日举办“职场女性”线上研讨会,诚邀各会员公司共同探讨职场性别平等的现实困境和成功实践,也欢迎优秀女性代表分享相关经验。我们静候您的到来。

Mr. Joerg Wuttke
Joerg Wuttke is Chief Representative of BASF China, based in Beijing. Wuttke is President of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China – an office he already held from 2007 to 2010 and from 2014 to 2017. Wuttke contributes regularly to the Swiss financial blog https://themarket.ch/. He has lived in Beijing for more than three decades.

Ms. Renata Pavlov
Renata Pavlov has an extensive managerial and executive experience on international level both with public and private sector in the field of global relations, public affairs, communication and business development.
Prior to joining the Fincantieri Group, one of the world’s largest shipbuilding groups, Renata served as the Chief of Staff to the Minister of Finance of Italy and as the Advisor for International Affairs and Cooperation to the Minister of Innovation of Italy. She also held the executive director position in the OECD Centre involved in governance matters for the MENA Region. In 2015 and 2016 Renata led a two-year capacity-building project for the Parliament of Myanmar.
In the past, she was also directly involved in advising on bilateral relations between Chinese and Italian Academic institutions. In the private sector Renata hold senior positions with Charme Fund, Telefonica Group, Goldman Sachs and Dogan Group, among others.
For several years, she had been a lecturer of Leadership and Communication in Public Management at the Italian School of Government. Renata is of central-European descent and received her education in Austria, USA and in former Czechoslovakia. She is proficient in six languages and has two adult children.
Ms. Eva Valle Lagares

Prior to her current role, she was the Head of the Trade Section at the EU Office for Hong Kong & Macau. She joined the European Commission in 1998 and held various positions in the European Commission working on competition, research and development, while also having served in the cabinets of two EU commissioners. For the last eight years she has worked on trade, focusing on strategy first and then leading the China desk of DG Trade in Brussels responsible of coordinating EU trade and investment relations with China. She is a lawyer by training, specialised in EU law.

Raquel Ramirez, our seminar leader, is the founder of RR Consulting, a career consultant seasoned professional strategist and executive leadership. She studied Political Science and International Relations and holds an M.A. in International Law. Raquel started her career as a Subdirector in the directorate of the United Nations Organization in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico, where she participated in numerous high level international diplomatic events & negotiations, led relevant seminars as well created policy and strategic campaigns to increase awareness and commitment to social-economic and political affairs. Since she has worked in senior roles, such as Director of the Bicultural Program in the prestigious School Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, shaping design thinking and bilingual-bicultural programs. Finally launched her own venture to help women reach their full potential and thrive in their professional paths. She is passionate about helping women become leaders, by being more strategic and intentional in their Professional decisions and skill building, RR Consulting provides tangible tools and advice on how to do so.

Mr. Bruno Weill
Since November 2014, Bruno Weill has been the Chief Group Representative for China of BNP Paribas. He contributes to the definition of the Group’s strategy and coordinates all its activities in China. He represents the Group as a director or supervisor at the Board of most BNP Paribas’ wholly-owned legal entities and joint ventures in China. He is also the Group Executive Sponsor for a few Chinese and International strategic clients in China.
After his baccalaureate in Spain, Bruno completed a Master degree in Physics before graduating from the French engineering École des Mines de Paris. He started his career in the mining industry in South Africa, in petroleum applied-research in Belgium and in consulting in France and in the United States.
However, since he joined BNP Paribas Group in 1989, Bruno has dedicated his professional career to the banking industry. He started in Paris at Inspection Générale and then joined Project Finance before been promoted in Singapore as project finance head of South East Asia and then deputy head Asia. In 1999, Bruno returned to Paris and was appointed as global senior relationship manager of several large multinational companies. In 2004, in Hong Kong, he was named head of Financial Institutions Group for Asia and managed teams of investment bankers in seven Asia-Pacific countries.
In 2009, Bruno moved to Nanjing as executive vice president of the Chinese listed bank, the Bank of Nanjing. He led the transformation of the cooperation to a broad strategic partnership based on business complementarities (particularly in the areas of consumer finance, corporate banking, financial markets, and so on).
Ms. Beatrice Huiqing HAN

Beatrice has rich experiences in the field of sustainability and climate change. As the Deputy General Manager of ALBA China, she is responsible for government affairs and communication. By implementing European best practices, optimized to local circumstances, the company supports to drive a sustainable economy in China without waste.
Prior to ALBA, Beatrice had worked for Siemens for 15 years in different leadership roles of Charter Lead of Regulatory for Business, Senior GA Director, and Regional GM. She was invited to demonstrate woman’s leadership in energy transition. She was appointed as the expert of Shaanxi government and the Chair of local FIE Alliance.
Her experiences also include Marketing Manager of Linde China and Division Chief of Qingdao Overseas Investment Promotion Bureau.
She likes swim, hiking and traveling with friends. She is keen on volunteer activities, particularly in the field of green education and helping vulnerable groups.

Before this, she was Chief Sustainability Officer of Saint-Gobain APAC Region and leading the sustainability roadmap in APAC. She is a key driver for the implementation of Group ESG/CSR strategy, EHS policy &leading the APAC Sustainability roadmap and diversity, inclusion and solidarity in Saint-Gobain APAC region.
She has ever worked for 7 years in Saint-Gobain flat glass activity as HRD in China and 8 years worked in Saint-Gobain Pipe business APAC as VP, CHRO in charge of HR, Communication & Public Relations, Founder and President of Saint-Gobain PAM LAN Diversity Institute.
Overall, 25 years senior HR general management in multi-national companies (Nestle, Siemens& Saint-Gobain), specialized in organization development, culture shift and integration of post M&A, leadership & talent development, HR innovative solution, HR transformation & digitalization; being a key driver of diversity & inclusion culture in the organization and also an active promoter and a professional supporter to the woman leadership and career development.
