Learning Objective
This 5-hour online live course covers the fundamental skills and introduces professional emailing rules. Participants are provided samples to also review and the trainer shows good and poor examples of emails. There is interaction during the training with group work, individual feedback available after each session. Participants will be required to complete a pre-training assignment and complete before the first class to use during reflective exercises.
