In order to further establish and improve the accident investigation and evaluation system, Shanghai is working to formulate the "Measures for the Evaluation of the Implementation of Rectification and Prevention Measures of Production Safety Accidents in Shanghai". European Chamber invited Ms Shui Yunhai, third-level researcher of the Investigation, Evaluation and Statistics Department of Shanghai Emergency Management Bureau, to interpret the policy for the PCR WG membes. The meeting will focus on introducing the relevant policy background, purpose basis, preparation process, etc., interpret the main content of the draft accident assessment measures and the key measures to promote the implementation of the policy in the next step, and share typical cases to explore the inspiration of accident investigation and evaluation to promote accident prevention and promote safety production.
