Having studied Chemical Engineering at TEC of Monterrey, Vanessa furthered her business studies at Stanford University in the USA and language studies in Germany, Canada and Switzerland.

Dr. Niels Bosse joined the Volkswagen AG as HR consultant for Manager and Management potentials in 2002. Dr. Bosse was appointed as Head of Human Resource Labor Relations in 2005 at Volkswagen Financial Services AG. From 2008 to 2011 he was Head of Personnel Controlling, Tariff Coordination and IT-Coordination at Volkswagen Financial Service AG. From 2011 to 2013 Dr. Bosse has been in charge of Personnel, Organization & Administration at Volkswagen Financial Services China in Beijing as well as of the Human Resource Strategy Region China, India and ASEAN. Since November 2013 he took over the position as Senior Director of HR and Administration for the Volkswagen (China) Investment Co., Ltd.

Marcus Klapdor is manager at CPC Unternehmensmanagement AG and has over 10 years consultancy experience in the automotive industry and leadership development programs. After being country manager of CPC in China, he is now responsible for the cooperation between the German and Chinese entities.

Mr. Heil is General Manager of hartung:consult China. He studied Electronic Engineering and Photo Engineering and moved to China in 1995. In hartung:consult he started as a Technical SAP consultant and became General manager in 2003. He is also the organizer of HR workshops and events in Shanghai.
hartung:consult was the first partner of SAP in China and is providing SAP services to local and international customers.

Mr. Thomas Dobrowsky, Project Manager FUHU Powertrain Academy, FUHU (Shenyang) Automotive Powertrain R&D Co., Ltd.
Mr. Dobrowsky is Project Manager of Fuhu Powertrain Academy with focus on long-term vocational education for the automotive industry in China, Mr. Dobrowsky is playing a very active role in the Chinese market for the improvement of the quality of vocational education for industry’s in China. He has lived and worked in China for over 8 years with good cross culture awareness.
FUHU Powertrain is the latest addition to the Chinese automotive family and founded with the intention to advance the domestic development and manufacturing capabilities.
