These days a lot of multinational companies are leaving their birthplaces behind. Some found their businesses reshaped after cross-border acquisitions, others are looking for new cities to expand and reinforce their competitiveness.
"Second Home" is a traditional internationalization strategy that helps give companies the competitive edge it requires to do well on a global level. Conducting business across borders is no simple endeavor, but if firms establish themselves in each other’s region as their second home with the status of local insider, rather than of external intruder, this can be very beneficial for the company as a whole.
The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China is delighted to welcome you to a session which will not only change your perception of a second headquarter, but also give your company the edge it may be missing to outperform others on an international level.
