As China focuses on becoming a more global force and Chinese companies expand worldwide, this will mean more talent mobility for Chinese nationals. Likewise, as multinational companies operating in China increasingly focus on developing local staff, their use of mobility for training and global leadership opportunities will increase. However, such expansion hinges on how effectively key individuals are deployed to international or domestic locations and contribute to the organization’s long-term performance.

With China entering a period of slowing growth, companies need to revisit the basic questions of its mobility strategy (i.e., “Why do we need a mobility program?” “What is the purpose of assignments?” “How are we growing our leaders for tomorrow?”)

What is very clear is that competition for skills is fierce, and successful recruitment, development and retention efforts are vital for success. Talent mobility is an important part of those efforts and, in order to be most effective, the management and mobility functions must be well aligned and clearly integrated into overall business and strategic goals.

Adam, now permanently based in Shanghai, handles all of the Maxxelli’s operations across the network. He has led nearly 40 HR consulting projects in the areas of job analysis , job evaluation, compensation, benefit ,performance management and global mobility o a number of renowned multinational companies, joint venture ,large size of State-Owned Enterprise and private enterprise.

Michael provided consulting service to clients across all industries, his typical clients are Coca-Cola, Pocari-Sweet, Roche Pharmaceuticals, UninoPay, Naveco, Jiangling Motors, SGMW, Yanfeng, DongFeng Visteon, ThyssenKrupp, TetraPak, East China Airlines, Chongqing Airlines, Swire Cold Chain,Sinopecsenmei,etc.
