SPGS International School Chengdu opens its doors on 1st September

Located in the heart of Chengdu High-Tech District by the beautiful Jincheng Lake, SPGS International School Chengdu will open its doors under the SPGS International banner on 1st September 2021

SPGS International School Chengdu is a new co-educational school offering expatriate families a complete British education enhanced with the best elements of Chinese culture and learning. It is the first overseas school opened by the world-renowned St Paul's Girls' School (SPGS) in London and will see SPGS International bring its ethos and practice to the most able young minds in Chengdu from kindergarten through to Year 13.

SPGS International School Chengdu’s architecture is a vital part of its learning environment. The ethos, holistic educational philosophy, and commitment to students’ personal needs are all reflected in the campus design.

Experts from SPGS International and SPGS London collaborated with Virtuarch, an award-wining architectural firm with 18 years’ experience designing high-quality campus projects in Asia, to create an amazing campus that unlocks students’ curiosity and imagination. From flexible learning spaces and professional sports facilities to interactive social hubs and an expansive theatre, every area of the school focuses on our values-based, quality education. We provide ample space for students to develop and blossom in all areas of their learning. In this way, our environment helps us truly educate the whole child.

SPGS International School Chengdu is looking forward to welcoming interested parents to our beautiful purpose-build facilities this month. Our Admissions team is always available to answer any queries about our holistic teaching philosophy, campus or support for students.
