Chamber Member Hays Launched Salary Survey Guide 2018

The 2018 Hays Asia Salary Guide was successfully launched across Greater China in January across six cities - Suzhou, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Beijing and Shenzhen. Over the course of the launch, Simon Lance, Managing Director of Hays in Greater China and Dean Stallard, Managing Director of Hays in South China and Hong Kong, shared findings on salary and talent trends drawn from over 3,000 employers across Asia.

Employers across the region are unanimous in the belief that business activity and their local economies will strengthen in 2018. Despite the growing optimism, many employers are remaining cautious on increasing headcount in the year ahead.
