Policy Interpretation by Zhoushan Municipal Government on R&D and Shipbuilding
The meeting agenda focused on policy interpretation of R&D and shipbuilding in Zhoushan ports, especially in relation to decarbonisation of shipping. The WG also presented the Maritime Manufacturing & Industrial Services Working Group Position Paper 2021/2022, and the two parties discussed some of the concerns raised.
