Mr Zhonghua Xu, Chair of the Research and Development Working Group delivered the opening and closing remarks, presenting European Business in China Position Paper 2018/2019 to Mr Sun.

Ms Celina Huang, Deputy Director of Shanghai Technology Innovation Center, presented the landscape of tech SMEs-related policies in Shanghai.
