We’re a German company for quality control, sourcing and product development with our headquarter in Shenzhen with offices in Hong Kong and Berlin. We provide professional solutions for quality control (inspections, factory audits and compliance services) and helps brands and retailers to manage their supply chains and bring their product ideas to the market. Your role in the company is to plan and carry PR campaigns and strategies, increase brand awareness, write and edit press releases, leaflets, brochures, speeches, newsletters, website and social media content.
Job description
You will be expected to:
· Work hand in hand with the founders and take care of daily tasks and solve issues in the most efficient way
· Find and cooperate with German newspapers, magazins, media, youtubers and journalist to promote the company awareness and image
· Pro-active searching for marketing opportunitys
· Help with creating and translating newsletters, website and social media content.
· Arrange monthly mailings and newsletter
· Take care of Social Media accounts and prepare content
· Exhibition preparation
Skills & experience
· A university degree graduate of International Business or Business Administration or currently enrolled
· Computer skills on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
· Good command and understanding of English (spoken and written)
· Pay a lot of attention to detail, even when working fast and meeting tight deadlines
· A positive attitude, good organization skills and time management
· Willing to spend at least 3 to 6 months working with our team
