This year’s Position Paper includes:

The Third Plenum ‘reality check’: a thorough analysis of how the implementation of the reforms outlined in the Third Plenum’s Decision—or the lack thereof—has been affecting the Chinese business environment. Last year’s Position Paper analysed the Decision’s reform agenda, now we are taking stock of its progress.
Our ‘wish list’ for Brussels: detailed recommendations on what European business invested in China would like to see included in the ongoing negotiations for an EU-China Comprehensive Agreement on Investment.
A ‘new toolbox’: European business’ analysis of the necessary reforms the Chinese Government needs to undertake in order to rebalance its economy.
