Breakfast Seminar on IPR Protection in China

On January 18th, the European Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai hosted a breakfast seminar entitled "Protecting your IPR in China, a holistic approach". Over 60 people participated to the event and enjoyed the two speeches delivered. First, Dr. Thomas Pattloch from Schulz Noack Baerwinkel addressed the issue of trademark and patent application in China. Second, David Grant and Carlo Geremia from Simmons & Simmons introduced the holistic approach to the protection of IPRs.

The event resulted in a highly appreciated meeting where most updated and practical information were provided to the European business community in Shanghai.
