Mr. Marcus Paciocco

Mr. Marcus Paciocco
Marcus Paciocco is a managing director of FTI Consulting’s Shanghai practice having relocated to China over five years ago. Mr Paciocco possesses over a decade of experience specializing in the fields of forensics, financial advisory services and interim management.
Mr. Paciocco focused specifically on China-based engagements on and represents a broad range of clients including international and local private equity funds, mezzanine debt funds, various domestic and foreign counsels and has in-depth understanding of Chinese culture, business practices and operations.
Mr. Michael Silva

Mr. Michael Silva
Michael Silva is the original founder and previous CEO of MaisonWorleyParsons which is the largest International Engineering and Construction Company in China. Mr. Silva previously worked for Kvaerner John Brown for over 24 years, where he rose through the ranks starting as an engineer, to become President of their China Operations. He was responsible for setting up and running six regional engineering offices all of which he built into successful offices including an office in Japan.
In only ten years Mike developed MaisonWorleyParsons into the largest international engineering company in China from five to over 2,000 employees.
In addition to his professional reputation, Mr. Silva has a strong view on social responsibility and has made numerous donations to a number of under-privileged children in China and raised money for Operation Blessings a charitable organization to assist in the funding of cancer treatment for these children.
Mr. Silva was educated at the University of New Haven, in Connecticut, where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1970. He has worked extensively in Asia and Europe where he managed projects in the UK, Netherlands, Singapore, Japan and China.
Ms. Lydia Gu
Ms. Lydia Gu
Leading the Bosch(Shanghai) Security logistics department for more than 8 years with a focus on, pre-sales customer service, demand and replenishment planning, warehouse and transportation management, 3 party logistics management, logistics cost control, commercial management and risk control, indirect procurement, management representative of ISO quality management, Export Control Officer, commercial management. A lot of experience in company operations, sales area, risk control area, quality management, continuous improvement management.
Ms. Gloria Tan
Ms. Gloria Tan
Gloria has experienced different positions from Supply Chain Operations, Product Marketing, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management in both Manufacturing and Distributor Industries. She has developed her practical strategy for the Supplier Base Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, etc. in Greater China Cluster for both Manufacturing and Distributor Industries. Her expertise spans Supply Chain strategy, infrastructure planning in logistics network, distribution centre management and product portfolio management. These enhance her knowledge in both supply side and user side from the cost structure to supply chain excellent.
Mr. Liu Meng

Mr. Liu Meng
Liu Meng, who graduated from Imperial College London in Environmental Technology, has been working in the EHS technology and services business for over a decade. He is currently at the head of the Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) Division of Bureau Veritas (China).
He has managed over a hundred projects related to construction site HSE management, audit and due diligence. Throughout these projects, Liu Meng has supported a broad range of companies including several International Fortune 500 companies as well as leading Chinese corporations.
Liu Meng has especially developed in-depth expertise in Environmental related matters providing solutions such as Environmental Due Diligence, Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and remediation, Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) or hazardous waste treatment related audits.
Mr. Friedrich Naeher

Mr. Friedrich Naeher
After studying civil engineering in Stuttgart, Germany and Seattle, USA, Mr. Naeher joined the overseas division of Züblin AG in Stuttgart in 1992. In the course of his career with Züblin, he has been active as project engineer, project manager, in business development and as branch manager. After living in Hong Kong, projects have taken him to many countries in the Middle East, Afghanistan and Kazakhstan before he returned to China in April 2013. He is now heading the technical department of the Züblin subsidiary in Shanghai.
Mr. Marshall Chen

Mr. Marshall Chen
Marshall joined Fiducia Management Consultants in 2008 where he is currently heading the China Consulting practice. He is based in Hong Kong and Shanghai and together with his team has supported numerous international clients from various industries including the machinery, chemicals, and electronics sector. His project experience encompasses market studies and industry research, strategy development and implementation, organizational restructuring, and change management projects. Originally trained as a telecommunications engineer, he holds an MBA from HKUST and has over 10 years of business strategy and client advisory experience.
Ms. Brigitte Wolff

Ms. Brigitte Wolff
Brigitte Wolff is a Director of Booz & Company based in Shanghai. She has been working in China since 1999. Ms. Wolff has more than 24 years of management consulting and industrial experience in Europe, China, Southeast Asia, and the U.S. Since 2008 she has been a board member of the German Chamber (GC) in Shanghai and has led the GC Workshop Marketing & Sales since 2006.
Ms. Wolff started her career as a consultant in a leading consulting firm, and later became a Director of Business Development of an ink manufacturer. Before working in China, she was a Marketing Director and key account manager for a flexible packaging company in Germany. In 2001, Ms. Wolff founded a management consulting company in China that merged with Management Engineers in 2007. Following the merger, she served as Legal Representative and Managing Director.
Mr. Eric Liu

Mr. Eric Liu
Eric is a PRC-qualified Counsel in Linklaters’ Shanghai office with considerable experience advising international financial institutions and corporates on cross-border M&A transactions, in particular inbound investments such as most recently AXA on its US$494m acquisition of HSBC’s general insurance and bancassurance businesses and Adecco on its acquisition of two PRC HR companies. Eric also regularly advises clients on the conduct of business and regulatory issues in the PRC and is a member of the firm’s cross-practice focus group advising overseas clients and bodies on developments with the Shanghai Free Trade Zone and their lobbying and consultation initiatives with government authorities. Eric holds a LL.B from University of Shanghai and a LL.M from University of Bristol. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.
Mr. Steven Willekens

Mr. Steven Willekens
Steven Willekens is the Consulting Director of Hay Group’s MNC Sector Greater China, focusing on helping Multi National Clients to become more effective in China. Prior to joining Hay Group, Steven was Principal Consultant at a European boutique consultancy firm in the areas of strategy, organization design and large change programs. Before that, he was a lecturer to international master students in the field of organization science at Maastricht University.
Steven’s areas of expertise are: strategy definition and implementation, organization design and governance, alliance management within and between organizations, shared service centers and outsourcing, as well as management of large change programs. He has worked with clients in the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Retail, Banking & Insurance, Chemical, Manufacturing and Automotive industries.
Steven holds a Master Degree in International Economics from Maastricht University, Netherlands.

Christian Neuner, born in 1975, Principal for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants within the Competence Center of Operations Strategy. Since 2010 located in Shanghai. Started over nine years ago at Roland Berger after completing the Masters degree/ Diplom degree in Business Administration, later adding a doctorate degree for research on the design of global factory networks .
In consulting work, covering the topics of manufacturing strategy, research & development, sourcing and supply chain management. Supporting global leaders and hidden champions around the globe, for example in the US, Croatia, Spain, Slovakia, Pakistan and of course China, besides others. Regular speeches on the field of operations and acting as contact person for German companies in the Roland Berger Greater China office.
