As we all know, the good product quality is determined by the design and manufacturing process, but how to accurately and reliably measure and judge the product is qualitied and the manufacturing process is stable or not, depending on whether the measurement system can meet the requirements, measurement system analysis(MSA). MSA is an effective tool to guide companies in analyzing whether the product’s measurement system is accurate and stable to meet the ability to monitor processes and products continuously.
The main purpose of this course is to help participants understand the source of measurement system variation through teaching, discussion and practice; master the measurement system’s bias, linearity, stability analysis and judgment methods; as well as measurement system repeatability and reproducibility analysis and judgment methods; and how to identify the problems of the measurement system and how to improve the ability of the measurement system.

万众瞩目的新版FMEA手册终于在6月3日正式发布了,它让汽车供应链可以使用单一的FMEA业务流程,以及相关的方法/工具来生成一个稳健、准确和完整的FMEA ,以满足所有客户的要求。
新版FMEA由两大行业集团共同开发,新版FMEA采用过程为导向的方法,以“7步法”更为结构化的方法,识别产品和过程风险,结合两大行业集团的最佳实践,并根据风险的高低,采取针对性的改进,实施预防与探测措施,达成事先预防的目的。自从2017年FMEA草案版发布后,TÜV莱茵学院即成立专家组进行研究解读,多次组织专家探讨,连续在七大城市进行了路演活动,以实际案例展示了新版FMEA的实战应用和专业解读。本次新版FMEA正式版发布,TÜV莱茵学院一如既往的组织专家进行学术研究及阐释。
