与此同时，中国政府也出台了诸多人工智能相关的战略政策，旨在将中国转变为全球人工智能的领军者。习近平在中共中央政治局2018年10月31日就人工智能发展现状和趋势的学习时再次强调，人工智能是新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要驱动力量，并呼吁推动新一代人工智能健康发展。
