On 26 April 2018, the High People’s Court of Guangdong Province, China’s high-tech heartland, issued the Working Guidelines on the Trial of Standard Essential Patent Disputes (For Trial Implementation) 《关于审理标准必要专利纠纷案件的工作指引(试行)》. While these Guidelines are currently legally binding locally, they endorse recognised court practices on SEP-related issues. Thus, they may also shed light on the factors that courts in other parts of China may consider in such cases.

The European Chamber Logistics Working Group is pleased to invite you to the next Logistics Working Group meeting, which will feature a presentation on “Smart Freight System and Sustainable Transport Development in China” from Mr. Boyong Wang, China Director Strategic Partnerships of Smart Freight Centre.
