A significant number of fresh graduates are not equipped with the competitive skills needed to function successfully in the current work environment in China, resulting in companies spending large amounts of time and money in training.
To help bridge the gap between students’ capabilities and market needs, the European Chamber Human Resources Working Group further recommends that companies get involved in developing university curriculum.
