European Chamber in Shanghai Meeting with Shanghai Municipal People's Government Development Research Center on the Shanghai FTZ

On August 3rd, the European Chamber and representatives from Abbott and Atlas Copco joined the meeting with the Director and Deputy Directors of Shanghai Municipal People's Government Development Research Center. The attendees evaluated the advantages and disadvantages in comparison with newly founded FTZs and exchanged opinions on the progresses of the Shanghai FTZ in the past two years. Representatives of a variety of industries also proposed their suggestions and expectations on the future development and possible improvements in the administration of the FTZ.
