CFDA Call for Comments on "Administration of Standards for Medical Devices"

Main recommendations:

1. China's standards should be in line with international standards.

2. There should be sufficent time for companies to adjust to new standards, i.e. a longer time between promulgation and becoming effective.

In addition to that general questions, member companies submitted detailed, very valuable comments to different paragraphs of the new regulation.
