Meeting with Ms. Zhu Yi, Deputy Director General of Shanghai Commerce Commission

On Nov 25^th, European Chamber Vice President Bettina Schoen met with Ms. Zhu Yi, Deputy Director of Shanghai Commerce Commission to present the European Chamber 2021/2022 Position Paper

Vice President Bettina Schoen briefed DDG Zhu the General Business Outlook, current challenges facing my European companies and the key recommendations in the position paper, as well as appreciated all the support from SCOFCOM to our member companies in the past year.

DDG Zhu echoed the issues related to entry of foreigners and they can support facilitating PU letter issuance for expats’ dependents. The two sides also discussed about the cooperation next year especially the roundtables with city leaders.
