Meeting Minutes with Shenyang City Urban and Rural Construction Bureau

To start the meeting, MC appreciated the welcome from the bureau and introduced the delegation and the purpose of visit.

JA briefed the history and functions of Business Sweden and expressed his eagerness to cooperate.

IM introduced the history and concept of White Peak and the project of Yantai. He then introduced the development of the Swedish Environment Protection Concept.

HK echoed the importance of sustainability and he thought the eco city can set an example for local real estate developers and can bring more European Business.

LN welcomed the delegation and appreciated the visit. He then introduced the officials present and the work of the bureau. He valued the project and looked forward to future cooperation.

ZS introduced the projects in Shenyang and gave suggestions to White Peak to better implement in Shenyang. He suggested White Peak to bring more Swedish resources and plan in details to better fit the local culture. The bureau would like to help if White Peak needs it.

IM echoed the idea of ZS. He has given much thought of it and explained the concept of white peak. Also, he would give more thoughts in it and then bring more resources from Sweden.

ZS thought that the possibilities of cooperation between Sweden and Shenyang are very high and he emphasized the importance to find the right angle to implement the project.

IM fully agreed with ZS and asked for another meeting to exchange more.

All participants have shown their confidence about the projects and are looking forward to embracing a bright future
