Meeting with Vice Director of TEDA Economic Operation Bureau of Tianjin

On 5 September 2018, Ms. Zou Fangfang, Vice Director of Tianjin TEDA Economic Operations Bureau visited the chamber Tianjin chapter office. Ms. Zou Fangfang introduced that TEDA Economic Operations Bureau was established in early 2018, as a result of Tianjin local government restructuring. Its mission is to monitor TEDA economic development and to build up  TEDA as a brand nationally.

Concerning cooperation perspective, they showed great interest in receiving any European Officials/Delegations and  FIE’s visit to their area, with or without potential investment interest. They also mentioned if the Chamber is interested in organizing certain events, they would be glad to offer the venue and support (a chance to promote their site as well). 

They showed particular interest in the Business Confidence Survey 2018, Davos after 18 months and Position Paper, and would like to exchange Business Intelligence in the future.  

Both parties agreed to work together for the promotion of the business environment in the TEDA and keep the association in the future.
