Meeting with Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration

Mr. Liu Xiaochun introduced the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, an arbitral institution established in Shenzhen for resolving contractual disputes and other disputes over rights and interest in property.

SCIA is currently the only arbitration institution in Mainland China which is organized as a statutory body with an internationalized council. At least, one third of its members shall come from foreign jurisdictions.

This meeting concluded with European Business in China Position Paper 2015/206 handover by Mr. Vivian Desmonts, board member of the European Chamber, South China Chapter and Mr. Liu Xiaochun, President of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.
