Seminar on Shanghai's 13th Five Year Plan

In the meeting, Mr. Zhang Zhongwei, Director of Development Planning Department of Shanghai DRC introduced Shanghai's 13th Five Year Plan. Based on people's changing expectations, upgrading city and national strategies and transforming global development trends, Mr. Zhang identified the shortage and challenges to Shanghai's development and explained how the goals and strategies were formulated. He specifically introduced the plans on the Four Centers Initiative, Innovation Center Initiative, implementation of One Belt One Road and Yangtze River economic integration, as well as city functional upgrading and layout.
