根据《国家认监委关于修订低压成套开关设备和机动车辆轮胎产品强制性认证实施规则的公告》（国家认监委2013年第9号公告http://www.cnca.gov.cn/cnca/zwxx/ggxx/738665.shtml ），机动车辆轮胎强制性认证新版实施规则（编号：CNCA-03C-027：2013，附件1）正式发布，将于2013年7月1日起正式实施。公告同时要求，为配合新版实施规则有效实施，各相关指定认证机构应按照新版规则要求制定相应的认证实施细则。
