你局《关于深圳市海滨制药有限公司申请注销注射用头孢拉定等19个品规的药品批准文号的函》（粤食药监注专[2012]141号）及《关于广州白云山制药股份有限公司白云山何济公制药厂申请注销盐酸克仑特罗气雾剂等4个品种批准文号的函》（食药监办函[2012]2号）收悉。根据《药品注册管理办法》的有关规定，鉴于深圳市海滨制药有限公司的西布曲明原料及制剂的2个批准文号已被撤销，同意注销两家企业注射用头孢拉定（国药准字H44021010）等21个品种的药品批准证明文件及药品批准文号（详见附件）。
