《电石行业准入条件》对规范行业秩序,引导和促进电石行业健康持续发展发挥了很好的作用。但随着电石行业发展和节能减排工作的需要，有关条款已难以适应新 形势的要求。为此，我部经调查研究，并与相关管理部门、电石生产企业及行业专家广泛研讨，对《电石行业准入条件（2007年修订）》进行了重新修订，形成 了《电石行业准入条件（2013年修订）》（征求意见稿，见附件），现予以公示，请社会各界提出修改意见。截止日期为2013年12月23日。
