国家食品药品监督管理局、海关总署联合印发麻醉药品和精神药品海关商品编号

根据《药品管理法》、《海关法》等有关法律法规规定，日前，国家食品药品监督管理局、海关总署联合公布了麻醉药品和精神药品的海关商品编号，自2010年1月1日起施行。
