The meeting started first with a guest-speaker speech. Ms. ZONG Fan, Division Chief of International Cooperation Department of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF), introduced its newly formed CPCIF-MNC (the Committee of Multinationals) and its major activities. It was then followed by a debrief of the lobby meeting with CPCIF by PCR Working Group Chairs, discussion of some topical issues, such as Shanghai Local Pollutant Discharge Standards--Hazardous Waste Incineration Air Pollutant Emission Standards and the plan of the Working Group activities in 2014. The meeting concluded with an interactive discussion among Beijing and Shanghai participants via video conference.
