On 7th November, in order to help its members gain a better understanding of this plan, the Chamber invited the principle drafter of this regulation to present its background and explain how foreign companies can get involved in the tendering. Mr Peng Bo explained the six pilot sectors and basic technical/economical specifications of the plan. His presentation was followed by a Q&A session.
