The State Administration for Market Regulation, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Justice have recently issued the Rules for the Implementation of the Fair Competition Review System. Greater efforts will be made to promote the in-depth implementation of the system. Given its significant impacts on enterprise, we are honored to have officials from SAMR to give a presentation on the Rules for the Implementation of the Fair Competition Review System.
