With more generations represented in today’s workforce than ever before, the differences between those generations has become more clear. Therefore, it is essential that businesses educate their teams on how to deal with and capitalize on the unique work styles, skill sets, preferences, and vantage points of each generation.
This session is the first of the "The Workplace of the Future Series" and looks at the influences and needs of each generation, helping you to better understand the multiple perspectives of your colleagues and peers, letting your diversity strengthen your work together.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing at least one full day in advance of the date of the webinar.
To cancel you can: 1) email yangzhao@europeanchamber.com.cn, or 2) cancel online if you registered for the event through the website. Should you fail to cancel your participation on time, the European Chamber reserves the right to transfer future event/webinar registrations to other interested participants. In the case of fee-based events, the event fee will be charged to those who fail to cancel their registration on time.
Advisory Council Policy
Members of the Advisory Council may receive complimentary admission to Chamber seminars, conferences and factory visits up to two attendees per event. Additional participants will be charged at the member rate.
Advisory Council members will still be charged the standard member rate for participation in training courses and special events, such as gala balls, government appreciation dinners, or admission to corporate social events/tournaments.

Ms. Rosanna Terminio
Ms. Rosanna Terminio
With an international background in Europe and South America, and over 15 years living in China, Rosanna Terminio is a consultant, contributor and lecturer specializing in innovation and strategy for the organization, as well as human resources strategist. She works since 2006 for AsecorpChina of which she became owner in 2011 together with a Chinese colleague. Through their offices in Shanghai and Jiaxing (Zhejiang), they support European manufacturing companies doing business in China. As an independent researcher, she published an academic paper titled: “The impact of RAAI (Robotic, Automation and Artificial Intelligence) from the employee perspective. A scoping review”, the paper was presented at: 3rd Catalan Congress of Economy and Business, Barcelona (Spain) in 2018. She also contributed to the book “The work we need. People for Industry 4.0”, published in Italy in October 2018. She is now working at her PhD research about technology driven change and employee’s identity at Catalunya Open University (UOC) and recently completed an exchange semester at Xi’An Jiaotog-Liverpool University, Taicang campus in the Department of Robotics. Rosanna is certified as an Executive Coach (ICC) and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator. She gives lectures about Doing Business in China and HR Management in different Management Schools and Universities in Europe and China and participates, with pro-bono consulting, to several CSR activities.

Gabor Holch is an intercultural leadership consultant, coach, author and speaker who has served 100+ clients in 30+ countries. An expat since age 4, China-based since 2002 and working globally, Gabor is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) in English and Mandarin, certified consultant at the management academies of half a dozen global corporations and licensed in major assessment tools including DISC, the Predictive Index, NeuroColor and MBTI.

Dr. Candace Steele Flippin is a global communications expert, multigenerational workplace scholar, TEDx speaker, and best-selling author. She applies her unique background as a researcher and communications executive to provide practical solutions that bridge generation gaps in the workplace. She is the publisher of Dr. Candace WorkStats™ and author of Generation Z in the Workplace and Millennials in the Workplace. Recognized as one of the Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America by Savoy Magazine, her advice and research findings have been featured in Authority Magazine, Forbes, CNBC, CBS, and Today.com. Dr. Steele Flippin holds a doctorate from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and a BA from the University of Michigan.

Accomplished and respected senior executive search consultant, Ms. Coupé has over 20 years of working experience in Asia Pacific including 14 years in China.
Extensive experience recruiting both in mature and emerging markets, she has a solid track record in various local and regional assignments across industries. Throughout her career Gwenola has built a well-rounded talent pool of multicultural profiles and senior leadership executives in the Greater China region with a focus in industrial, consumer, services to consumer segment and innovation. She is passionate about supporting business leaders in transforming and working on successful business models.
Prior to join the search sector, Gwenola was the Office Manager of Europe for a leading cross-border Merger and Acquisition boutique firm (now Alantra) in Paris, France. Ms. Gwenola holds a Master's degree from Toulouse University, major in Economics. She speaks French and fluent English and Chinese.

In 2015 I joined international Interim and Transition Management Agency E.I.M. Excellence in Management in their Shanghai office, being responsible for the China, ASEAN and Indian business. Under the set-up of Eight Dragons Limited - PE the investment and my advisory board mandates are executed. Before E.I.M. I joined World- renowned management consulting firm Booz & Company through its merger with ME, which later changed the name to PwC Strategy& With almost 18 years of China business experience as a consultant with focus on technology driven industries such as machinery, automotive and chemistry ( e. g. Chemistry in automotive) and a true networker and door opener I now contribute to the success of E.I.M. in Asia. Before I worked for Management Engineers Consulting Company (ME) as MD and Legal Representative, as well as regional partner in operations and strategic consulting, after my company Abacus Corporation merged with ME in 2007. Since 2008 I also have served as a board member of the German Chamber in Shanghai.

Following a short career as a professional athlete taking him from France to Spain and finally USA, Pierre decided to develop his business career in China.
Now Head of Sales at Pacific Prime Insurance, Pierre has worked in many departments since he was hired by Pacific Prime, including International Sales, Sales in China, Client retention and Corporate. Responsible for the development of business as well as the development of new joiners and existing staff at Pacific Prime. His position requires him to have a deep understanding of the Medical Insurance Market, which he develops by taking part in the management of relationships with insurers, local partners, and clients. Typically running between meeting rooms, networking events, and colleagues’ desks, Pierre is always happy to share some of his time to discuss opportunities.

Mauro Dong grew up as the son of Chinese immigrants in Milan, Italy. This upbringing and experiences working outside of his home country has shaped him into a stronger, more capable, and open-minded professional.
