Over the past year, China has introduced a series of new regulations in the area of data security and cross-border data transfer, and made positive exploration in balancing development and security, including but not limited to the Network Data Security Administrative Regulations, the Provisions on Promoting and Regulating Cross-border Data Flows, the respective negative lists or industry-based general data lists of cross-border data in the FTZs of Tianjin, Shanghai, Beijing and other places, as well as sensitive personal information identification and other national standards and guidelines. As the relevant compliance work enters the most difficult stage, it is necessary to summarise the current overall compliance situation and to check and fill in the gaps on the important and difficult points.
过去一年，中国在数据安全和出境领域出台了一系列新规，在平衡发展与安全方面做出了积极探索，包括但不限于《网络数据安全管理条例》，《促进和规范数据跨境流动规定》，天津、上海、北京等地自贸区相继出台的各自数据出境负面清单或基于行业的数据跨境一般数据清单，以及敏感个人信息识别等国家标准和指南。随着相关合规工作进入深水区，有必要对当前整体合规情况进行总结，并就其中重难点查漏补缺。
Looking ahead, work related to data classification and grading continues to advance, and regulations such as personal information compliance audits and cybersecurity incident reporting are still to be released, placing new demands on companies to continue to learn and pay attention.
